Short+Sweet presents short film festivals in Sydney, Brisbane, Illawarra, Dubai, Bangalore, Manila, Cebu, Essex and Los Angeles.
All submissions are made digitally through the Film Freeway platform for films 10 minutes or under. There is some wriggle room for titles and credits, but the film itself must be under 11 minutes.
Winners receive local prizes and are invited to the Short+Sweet International Gala Final in Hollywood at the Lee Strasberg Institute.
Post-Covid, Short+Sweet Film restarted in most locations in 2023. The next International Gala Final in Hollywood will be held in September 2024.
